There is a spiritual hunger in young adults today. There is an increased engagement in spontaneous worship nights, influencing on social media, and interest in the local church. As the passion grows we must learn to also grow in our understanding of what it looks like to follow Jesus in all areas. How do we incorporate not just musical worship but worship to God in all forms when it comes to our schedules, finances, relationships, and more?

As the two leading our Rhythm Worship Team, Dan and Fate, bring years of experience cultivating atmospheres of worship while remaining fixed on the integrity of a surrendered heart posture. They are long-time members and servant leaders of Northview Church.

Del & Gwen Losing
Del and Gwen are a power house couple at Northview Church specifically gifted in the areas of prayer and prophecy. They have each pursued further training in these areas through the organization, Global Awakening. Their heart has grown over the last few years to train and equip the next generation to hear and interpret God’s voice. They have a desire to see God move even more in years to come through partnering in bold faith and anticipation.

They will share practical tools and resources to partner with the Holy Spirit in your everyday life through a deeper understanding of the intimate relationship available to each of us.

Jake Haile

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Jake moved to Fargo, ND in 2005 to play lacrosse at Minnesota State University Moorhead. His main area of study at university was in psychology, driving him to discover a passion for working with individuals with different physical, social, emotional and cognitive abilities.

Jake is the owner of CrossFit Fargo where he has developed a desire and passion for helping all people to create positive change in their lives through movement. Jake will explore the importance of healthy living, cultivating community, and bringing Jesus into your workplace.

Stephen Glasser
Stephen is a husband, dad, pastor, writer, friend and the host of the JourneyWay Podcast.

Through Stephen’s many experiences within ministry and the non-profit world, he has cultivated a deep joy in seeing others live their “everyday, ordinary lives to the fullest.” Now a published author with his book, The Everyday Adventure, Stephen is on a mission to equip others to live differently with a little more intentionality and fun!

Stephen and his wife, Taylor, live in Moorhead, MN with their three children: Kinsley, Summit, and Rowan and their dog, Kevin.
